Maintenance Systems

Use this for service reminders, overdue inspections, work orders, and route impact.

Ask the provider for
Maintenance system API token
Refresh token if OAuth is enabled
Vehicle, service reminder, work order, and repair note read scopes
Webhook signing secret if service events are pushed

Setup steps

  1. 1Open the maintenance tool admin area and find API or integrations settings.
  2. 2Create a least-privilege credential for service and vehicle data.
  3. 3Paste the credential into TIIDS Integrations and save login.
  4. 4Run Sync Now to populate service reminders or connect webhooks for automatic updates.

We are connecting our operation to TIIDS. Please provide API/OAuth credentials and a webhook signing secret for read-only access to maintenance systems data. Please use least-privilege scopes and confirm whether webhook signatures are enabled.
