Route Systems

Use this when the company already runs routes in another delivery or dispatch platform.

Ask the provider for
API token or OAuth access token
Refresh token if the provider uses OAuth
Route, stop, driver, vehicle, ETA, and package read scopes
Webhook signing secret if live route updates are supported

Setup steps

  1. 1Open the route provider admin area and look for API, developer, or integrations settings.
  2. 2Create a least-privilege credential for route, stop, driver, and vehicle read access.
  3. 3Paste the credential into TIIDS Integrations and save login.
  4. 4Run Test Connection, then Sync Now to unlock route command panels.

We are connecting our operation to TIIDS. Please provide API/OAuth credentials and a webhook signing secret for read-only access to route systems data. Please use least-privilege scopes and confirm whether webhook signatures are enabled.
